Kuwaiti minister affirms importance of governor's development role

Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister and Acting Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Thursday underlined the important role played by the governors with respect of implementing the state development programs and schemes.
In a statement after receiving Al-Jahraa Governor (ret. Lieut. Gen.) Fahad Al-Amir, the minister indicated that the governors' role is quite significant for implementing the State general policies.
He stressed on coordination among the diverse MoI's sectors for sake of maintaining security and stability of the homeland.
The talks between the two sides dealt with various issues, namely tasks of Al-Jahra Governorate's administration.
