
In a meeting on Wednesday with Omani Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar Muhammad Al-Busaidi, Kuwait's Ambassador to Oman, Fahad Al-Mutairi, discussed with his host means of advancing bilateral relations, the Ambassador told KUNA. He further said that he reviewed with his host Oman's plan regarding the annual Salalah fall festival which attracts crowds of tourists from the region, most notably Kuwaitis, who enjoy the festival's programs involving cultural and social and recreational activities. He appreciated Oman's giving tourists all the required facilities to attend this highly-coveted annual festival. The discussion about the festival led both officials to a wider discussion on the sector of tourism in both countries and ways to enhancing it, said the ambassador.
