The "Journey of Hope" expedition arrived Saturday in the Saudi city of Dammam as part of its mission to spread awareness on the disorders connected to the mentally challenged.
The expedition had visited 20 countries in the region, Europe, North Africa as well as the United States of America where they relayed the noble message to US and UN officials who applauded the efforts.
The group that had visited the long chain of countries and docked at many ports had crossed up to 14,000 nautical miles, making history at the level of rallying up international backing for this segment of peoples, namely those living in Kuwait.
The boat is expected to arrive in Kuwait in the beginning of December.
