Lebanese Telecommunications Minister Boutros Harb said the initiative of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to allocate one billion U.S dollars to support the Lebanese legitimate security forces in the face of terrorist threats, is a vivid expression of solidarity required with Lebanon in a timely manner.
In a statement today, he stressed the importance of Arab and international solidarity with Lebanon and its people as well as its constitutional institutions and armed forces, especially in these serious circumstances arising from terrorist threats it is experiencing in Arsal.
