Lebanese minister praises Kuwaiti support

The Lebanese Minister of Social Affairs Wael Abou Faour hailed the Kuwaiti support offered to his country over decades in various fields. The minister was speaking to KUNA on the sidelines of a dinner banquet held Wednesday night to honor President of Kuwait Association for The Ideal Family Sheikha Fareeha Al-ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. He said that his country and Kuwait share deep-rooted and distinguished ties. The function was attended by head of Lebanese Welfare Association for the Handicapped Randa Berri. Kuwait has always been extremely generous to Lebanon, without any political considerations, with no distinction between any Lebanese citizen from the other, Abou Faour affirmed. He specifically praised the role of Kuwait Fund For Arab Economic Development (KFAED) in supporting the developmental projects in various Lebanese regions.
