
Lebanese Internal Security forces (ISF), Army and General Security continued on Friday the implementation of the security plan in north Bekaa Valley.
Lebanon National News Agency, quoting a Lebanese Army communique, said on Friday that 56 wanted individuals have been arrested by the joint Lebanese security forces during a number of raids in various locations.
The arrestees and their illegal possessions have been handed to the concerned apparatuses for further investigations and appropriate measures, the army statement added.
On Thursday, the Lebanese security forces arrested 10 individuals and confiscated 18 stolen cars in the Bekaa Valley on Thursday, the first day of a security plan launched in the said area.
