
Libya called on the Arab League (AL) to reopen its office in Tripoli to maintain the consultations between the Libyan legitimate government and the AL General Secretariat.
This remark came in a message handed to the AL Secretary General Nabil el Araby from Libyan Prime Minister Abdullah al Thani by the Libyan ambassador.
In press statements, el Araby said that the meeting took up the latest developments in Libya, stressing on the AL's role in backing institutions in the Arab country.
He further affirmed that the consultations between the AL and the Libyan cabinet are ongoing to support the dialogue, which is sponsored by the United Nations, between the concerned parties to reach a solution for this crisis.
