Madinah Governor patronizes \'Knowledge-Economic City\' projects

Prince Abdulaziz bin Majid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah region, patronized here Tuesday evening the opening and launching of a number of projects and programs at the Knowledge-Economic City in Madinah. The projects included the first knowledge center built within the project of Knowledge-Economic City in Madinah to host global knowledge events and activities in Madinah and Madinah House Museum which contains unique replicas and collectibles. A speech ceremony was held on the occasion highlighting the importance of the Knowledge-Economic City and the projects opened and launched yesterday evening. At the end of the ceremony, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Knowledge-Economic City and King Abdulaziz National Dialogue Center. Other agreements concerning the implementation of the Knowledge- Economic City\'s Smart City Network and the program of Madinah competitiveness were also signed. In a press statement after the concluding ceremony, Prince Abdulaziz highlighted the support extended by the Saudi leadership for Madinah\'s development and progress.
