
The Head of Suez Canal Authority Mohab Memish met Saturday with Justice Minister Ahmed el Zend, Egypt's Mufti Shawky Alam, Ismailia Governor Yassine Taher and a high-level delegation representing the State Council.
During explaining work phases in the New Suez Canal Project, Memish underlined that this venture will offer about one million job opportunities for the Egyptian youth.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi gives great priority to such projects especially that in Sinai to help in fighting terrorism, Memish reiterated.
Developing the canal's axis will make Egypt an international economic, industrial and commercial hub that is effective in world trade, the official underscored, adding that six ports are being developed in the axis area to accommodate huge cargo ships.
