A Yemeni security source said on Wednesday that a number of terrorist attacks were foiled in the capital city of Sanaa.
In statements to the Yemeni news agency, the source said the terrorist attacks aimed at spreading chaos in the country.
A bomb placed under an oil tanker was dismantled in Asr village of Sanaa, he said, adding that two other booby-trapped vehicles were uncovered in the city.
Yemen has been engulfed in conflict between Houthis and the government forces since early 2015.
In late March, a Saudi-led coalition of Arab states began launching airstrikes against Houthi positions in Yemen at the request of Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.
