Morocco condemned on Wednesday a recent car bomb explosion targeting a police station in the Egyptian city of Al-Mansoura as a "vile criminal act", which claimed the lives of 14 people. The Moroccan Foreign Ministry said in a release that this criminal act contradicts the principles of Islam and noble human values. Over 11 police officers were killed and 105 others wounded in a massive car explosion that targeted the security headquarters of Al-Mansoura CIty in Al-Daqahliya governorate, north of Cairo Tuesday morning. It also reiterated its objection to all manifestations of violence and terrorism and any attempt to destabilize Egypt's security and stability. The ministry offered sincere and heartfelt condolence to the Egyptian government and people over the victims of the attack, and wished swift remedy to those injured in the bombing.
