A Cairo court ruling that foudn former president Hosni Mubarak not guilty in the case of killing protesters during the January 25 revolution drew mixed reactions in Bani Suef province.
Shaaban Abdel-Alem, the secretary of the Salafi Nour party, said "no comment on court rulings."
But he said that the state must search for those responsible for the killings during the revolution.
Ashraf Hassan, the secretary general of Misr party, said the ruling asserted that the judiciary is fair.
He attributed the ruling to the lack of evidence against the defendants.
Seham Adyeb, the head of a Coptic youth society, regretted today's ruling.
She said that Mubarak must be convicted of spoiling the political life during his era.
