
The Muslim World League (MWL) Secretary General Abdullah bin Abdel Mohsen al-Turki lauded the efforts exerted by the Saudi Arabia under King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz al-Saud in serving Islam, Muslims and charity work in the whole world.
This remark came during the ninth meeting of the MWL held in Jeddah on Saturday and attended by the MWL members, ministers and scholars.
The Saudi monarch carries out charity work according to the teachings of Islam, al-Turki underlined.
He also underscored the importance of cooperation between the members of the league to develop its performance.
