
No Egyptian casualties were found among the victims of the Doha blast, Foreign Ministry's spokesman Badr Abdel-Ati said on Thursday.The Egyptian diplomatic mission in Qatar said that only two citizens were injured in the incident.The spokesman offered his condolences for the families of the victims, and wished speedy recovery for wounded people.At least 12 people including two children were killed and dozens others were wounded in an apparent gas cylinder explosion at a Turkish restaurant in the Qatari capital of Doha.The blast happened on Thursday at about lunchtime, and caused extensive damage to the Istanbul Restaurant, which is next to a petrol station near the Landmark Mall shopping complex.
