Office of the First Deputy Prime Minister wins the 2016 Award of Excellence in Human Resources

he Office of the First Deputy Prime Minister (OFDPM) today received the 2016 Award of Excellence in Human Resources Management during the third annual GCC Human Resources Conference in Manama, Bahrain. 

Marking this achievement, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Director General of the OFDPM, stressed that the office is committed to providing professional development training to Bahrain’s government employees, and that this commitment is underpinned by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince’s vision to ensure Bahrain’s continued development.

The Director General then highlighted the significant accomplishments of the inaugural group of FDPM fellows throughout every phase of the programme. In this regard, His Excellency further expressed his hopes for the continued success and development of the prestigious programme. The award was collected by the Acting Director of the OFDPM Directorate, Mrs. Munira Fakhri.
