The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) called on Friday for a meeting of its foreign ministers to discuss the situation in Yemen.
In a statement, the organization said the get-together comes after Saudi Arabia announced an end to the nearly-month-long Operation Decisive Storm and the start of a new phase of operations dubbed, "Renewal of Hope".
It added that the meeting, which comes in response to a request by the Yemeni leadership, aims at discussing the latest developments in Yemen and tackling the future vision in the war-torn country.
The organization said the meeting will be held during the first half of May.
