OIC urges Libyans to start national reconciliation dialogue

Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) called on Wednesday all Libyan factions to take part in a national reconciliation dialogue to end the current crisis in the country and to start developing state institutions based on precepts set in the nation's constitution. OIC secretary general Iyad Madani urged in a press statement here all Libyans to safeguard the territorial integrity and the political stability of their country, vowing at the same time any help they might need from OIC
