
The Sultanate of Oman condemned the terrorist attack on Bardo Museum at the Tunisian capital Tunis, which claimed the lives of a number of Tunisians and foreign tourists.
The Omani foreign ministry said in a statement, carried by Oman news agency (ONA), that this criminal attack reflects deep hatred and organized terrorism, criminalized by all heavenly religions, and contradicts with the sanctity of human soul, expressing solidarity with the Tunisian government and people and to families of the innocent victims.
The statement stressed affirmed the importance of collaboration of the international community efforts in combating terrorism and eradicating its roots and causes.
