Oman has strongly condemned the crime committed by Israeli settlers of setting a house on fire, which led to burning a Palestinian infant on Friday.
A statement released by the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to take all necessary measures to protect the defenseless Palestinian people from the aggressive practices of the Israeli settlers.
It held the Israeli authorities fully responsible for such heinous act, demanding it to present the perpetrators to justice.
The Jewish assailants entered the village of Duma, near Nablus, in the early hours of Friday, where they torched two houses and scrawled Hebrew graffiti including 'Long live the Messiah' and 'price tag' at them.
The attack left an 18-month-old child killed, while his parents and his four-year-old brother were seriously injured.
