
Head of the Palestinian delegation, Azzam Al-Ahmad, highlighted non-acceptance of any "weak" agreement with the Israelis that does not meet the demands of the Palestinian people and their goals, primarily to stop the aggression, begin the reconstruction process of the Gaza Strip and lifting the siege imposed comprehensively.
Palestinian News Agency reported that the Palestinian delegation, this evening, will hold a meeting with the Egyptian side to be informed about the Israeli response to Palestinian demands.
Al-Ahmed added the delegation hopes to reach a final ceasefire agreement and to maintain the truce in the coming hours.
Hamas delegation from the Gaza Strip and Doha will arrive in later this evening to join the Palestinian delegation in their meeting with the Egyptian side.
