
The House of Representatives passed on Monday a number of presidential decrees that had been issued during the parliament’s absence.
The parliament approved the presidential laws on opening an additional appropriation in the state budget for fiscal 2013-2014 and imposing an additional and temporary tax on income.
The lawmakers also passed laws on amending provisions of income tax law and tax stamp as well as the economic development plan for fiscal 2014-2015.
The parliament also approved laws on state’s general budget for fiscal 2014-2015 and final account of Justice Ministry budget for the fiscal 2013-2014 as well as the economic and social development plan for 2015-2016.
They also approved laws on state’s general budget for fiscal 2015-2016 and amending customs tax categories and others.
A total of 341 laws have been issued during the absence of parliament. The House of Representatives has to complete discussing and passing them in 15 days from the day of its first convention (January 10) under the constitution.
