Parliament ratifies number of bills

The House of Representatives Tuesday approved a number of draft laws issued by the president before parliament was elected.
One such bill grants civil servants a special raise.
The parliament also ratified a bill to amend some articles about bids.
Another draft law to increase pensions by five percent was okayed as well.
MPs also agreed to increase military pensions by five percent.
They also approved amendments to the child law.
