The parliament's foreign relations committee held its first meeting on Tuesday to develop its action plan during the coming period, said lawmaker Tareq el Kholy, secretary of the committee.
The committee members agreed to set several axes to regulate the work of the committee, including coordinating with other committees in the parliament to review the demarcation agreement between Egypt and Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia's renaissance dam, he said.
The committee will also contact universities, think tanks and experts along with ministers of foreign Minister, expatriate and international cooperation to get acquainted with all developments, he said.
The committee will hold its coming meeting on May 4, he added.
