PM congratulates Christians on Christmas

Prime Minister Hani Mulqi, on Sunday, congratulated the Christian community in the Kingdom on Christmas.
'' we in Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, are proud of this unity among our people'', Mulqi said during his visit to the Church of the Virgin of Nasiriyah in Amman accompanied by a number of ministers.
Mulqi, who met with church leaders and representatives of the Christian community in the Kingdom, said that all people should adhere to good morals and values shared by monotheistic religions.
'' we should be aware of terrorists' plans against our country, and we will not allow anyone to stop our blessed national march'', Mulqi added.
Maroun Laham, Latin Bishop of Jordan, voiced hope that Jordan will remain stable and secure and that all Jordanians will be united under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II''.
