
The preparatory meetings of the sixth session of the Arab parliament (AP) kicked off here at the headquarters of the Arab League (AL) general secretariat on Friday.
The AP's foreign and political affairs committee will discuss a number of issues related to the situation in the region, the Iranian occupation of the UAE three islands of Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa and the recent developments of the Palestinian issue as well as the Syrian and Yemeni crises.
Also, the financial committee will review contributions of the member states in the 2015 year's budget besides reviewing tasks assigned by the committee to the general secretariat.
