
President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika conducted a partial reshuffle in the judiciary body, said Tuesday the Presidency of the Republic in a communiqué.
“In accordance with the prerogatives conferred upon him by the provisions of the article 78-7 of the Constitution and in compliance with the article 49 of the organic law on the statute of magistracy, President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika conducted a partial reshuffle in the Supreme Court, the Council of the State as well as in the body of chief justices and public prosecutors at the Courts and presidents of the administrative courts,” said the communiqué.
“This reshuffle includes transfers, new appointments and end of duties,” added the source.
