President Bouteflika holds talks with emir of Qatar

President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika held discussions Thursday in Algierswith Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.The discussions were held in presence of Speaker of the Council of Nation (UpperHouse of Parliament) Abdelkader Bensalah, Speaker of People's National Assembly(Lower House) Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa, Principal Private Secretary at thePresidency of the Republic Ahmed Ouyahia and Finance Minister Karim Djoudi, inaddition to Qatar's Foreign Minister Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah and FinanceMinister Ali Cherif Al Omadi.Qatar's Emir arrived Wednesday in Algiers for a two-day official visit at the invitationof President Bouteflika.He is accompanied by a large delegation comprising Qatar's minister of ForeignAffairs.
