
President Abdo Rabbu Mansour Hadi received today a letter from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain on the bilateral relations between Yemen and Bahrain. In the cable, King Hamad extended congratulations to Hadi and the Yemeni people on the conclusion of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC), commending all parties that cooperated to come up with NDC’s outcomes. The Bahraini King also affirmed that his country will continue its support to Yemen. He appreciated efforts exerted by the United Nation Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon, his special envoy to Yemen Jamal Benomar and the UN Security Council in supporting Yemen’s political transition and reconciliation. Bahrain’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ghanim bin Fadhul Al-Buainain handed over the cable to Hadi.
