
Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said on Tuesday that the necessary funding will be provided to complete suspended projects in order to operate as soon as possible.
The remarks were made during a meeting with a number of lawmakers in Giza governorate in the presence of the ministers of local development, and legal affairs and House of Representatives.
A draft law on licenses of industrial projects will come into effect as soon as possible to attract further investments and provide more new job opportunities for youths, Ismail said.
The government is committed to the principles of transparency with regard to vacancies, Ismail said.
He stressed the importance of the role played by the private sector in enhancing national economy.
The government program in the coming period includes a number of proposals to overcome challenges facing the government and satisfy the citizen, Ismail said.
The government is serious in carrying out reforms and observing scientific approach in resolving any problems, he stressed.
The government seeks to distance low-income people from a would-be negative effect of any decision, Ismail said.
As for tourism, Ismail said that a strategic plan was developed to promote tourism through developing new tourist destinations nationwide.
For their part, the lawmakers presented problems facing their constituencies, calling for improving services provided for citizens in a number of sectors, mainly in health, education, water, sewerage, agriculture, housing and irrigation.
The prime minister vowed to consider such problems and work on resolving them.
