
Luxor prosecution listened to testimonies of the eyewitness and the family of deceased citizen, Talaat Shubaib, whose family claims was killed inside Luxor police station.
The prosecution also urged theforensic department to issue its report as soon as possible to identify the circumstances behind the incident.
Earlier on Wednesday, Talaat Shubaib, 47, was reported dead, only 30 minutes after he had been arrested.
Shubaib had been taken from a coffee shop in the Upper Egyptian city in the wee hours of Wednesday, before his family was informed that he was transferred to Luxor International Hospital.
Shubaib had already died before reaching hospital.
