
The State of Qatar has strongly condemned and denounced the bombings which targeted Bader mosque in Al-Safiah neighborhood and Al-Hashosh mosque in Al-Jaraf neighborhood in Sana'a today, leaving a number of killed and wounded.
A Foreign Ministry statement said that these bombings constitute a dangerous precedent and heinous crime that has no religion, and are contrary to all values and morals and Islamic principles, stressing that such acts are a flagrant violation of the sanctity of mosques and aim to spread panic and chaos among innocent worshipers.
The Foreign Ministry renewed its call for all parties to swiftly complete the dialogue and adhere to the Gulf initiative so as to contain the increasing violence in Yemen, achieve the requirements of the Yemeni people, and contribute to its security, stability and territorial integrity.
The Foreign Ministry, in its statement, extended sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and wished speedy recovery for the injured.
