Qatar's advisory council holds its regular weekly session

The Advisory Council held Monday its weekly regular meeting of its 43rd Ordinary Session under the chairmanship of its Speaker HE Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi.
At the outset of the meeting, HE the Secretary-General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak Al Khayareen read the agenda which was agreed upon. Then the Council endorsed the minutes of its previous session.
The Council discussed a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. (3) of 2007 concerning exploitation of natural wealth resources, and decided to refer its recommendations thereon to the Council of Ministers.
    The Council also reviewed a draft law on the issuance of a safety list for ships with smaller payloads that are not covered by international maritime treaties in the GCC States and decided to submit it to committee for services and public utilities to study it and submit a report thereon .
