Qatar's emir issues instruments of ratification

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued an instrument of ratification to approve the draft memorandum of understanding in capacity-building of government officials between the Ministry of Administrative Development in the State of Qatar and the Institute of Public Administration in the Sultanate of Oman.
His Highness also issued an instrument of ratification to approve the draft memorandum of understanding in the areas of training, development, consultation and other issues of the civil and administrative development between the Governments of Qatar and Oman.
HH the Emir issued an instrument of ratification to approve the ratification of a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation in the field of diplomat training between the Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Institute in Qatar and the Foreign Ministry's Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Kuwaiti Diplomatic Institute in Kuwait.
