
A new superfast boat has joined the fleet of ambulance and rescue boats of Ras Al Khaimah Police.
Brigadier Mohammad Al Noubi, Deputy General Commander of Ras Al Khaimah Police, launched the high-speed rescue boat.
A number of senior Ras Al Khaimah police officials attended the ceremony.
Brig Al Noubi said that Ras Al Khaimah Police are eager to keep up with developments in various fields and the acquisition of the most advanced vehicles for police work provide security for all members of society.
He noted that the new boat includes the latest equipment.
At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier Al Noubi inspected the ambulance and rescue department to check the workflow and its procedures.
During the visit on Tuesday he reviewed the work plan and programmes.
The tour came within the strategy of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to increase effective communication between its members to bolster performance.
Brigadier Al Noubi concluded his visit by urging officers to increase their skills and to enrol in special training courses.
He stressed the need to follow best practices to improve police work.
