The Cairo Criminal Court decided to postpone until December 14 the retrial of former information minister Anas el Fiqi over graft charges.
Fiqi's retrial came in light of a ruling issued by the Cassation Court to revoke a ruling by the Criminal Court in the first trial session of Fiqi.
Earlier, the Criminal Court sentenced Fiqi to one year and ordered him to pay 800,000 pounds.
Fiqi served as Mubarak's information minister from 2004 to February 2011, resigning the day after Mubarak stepped down.
