
Royal Jet, the Abu Dhabi-headquartered, private flight service provider, is suspending all flights to and from Doha with immediate effect and until further notice after a number of Arab states, including the UAE, severed diplomatic ties with Qatar and closed land, air and sea routes.
Saudi Arabia revokes license of Qatar Airways, offices to close
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Chairman of Royal Jet, said that the decision has been taken in line with UAE government directives to cut ties with Qatar.
Emirates, Etihad, Flydubai and Air Arabia announced yesterday that all flights to and from the Qatari capital of Doha were suspended from June 6, as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain move to cut off all transportation links with Qatar.
