
Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar launched relief campaigns to aid Syrian refugees in Lebanon during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Saudi National Campaign to Support Syrians has started its second phase of a charity assistance in Mount Lebanon, said director of the campaign Walid Jalal.
The campaign distributed 30 tons of food among 800 Syrian families, Jalal added.
Meantime, at least 6,000 Syrian, Palestinian and Lebanese families received relief from the United Arab Emirates under the supervision of Lebanon's Ministry of Social Affairs.
Also, Qatari aid team in North Lebanon provided aid boxes to 400 Syrian refugees as part of a campaign to aid 100,000 families.
