
The Interior Ministry of Saudi Arabia revealed the identity of the perpetrator of the bombing crime of Al-Mash'had mosque in Najran on Monday evening.
In a statement issued by Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the security spokesman of the Interior Ministry said that verification measures of the identity of the perpetrator of this heinous crime revealed that he is citizen Saad Saeed Saad Al-Harthy, 34, who blew himself up using an explosive belt among worshipers in Najran's Al-Mash'had mosque after Almaghreb (sunset) prayer.
The ministry also reported on its Twitter page that a letter was found inside a car belonging to the suicide bomber to his parents about committing the crime.
The Saudi Interior Ministry announced yesterday that one person was killed and several others wounded when a person blew himself up among worshipers who were leaving a mosque in the city of Najran in southwestern Saudi Arabia.
