
The Ministry of Interior issued today a statement, saying that Othman bin Salem bin Marzouq Al-Balawi, a Saudi national, has been convicted of killing Ahmed bin Eid bin Roiei Al-Atwi, a Saudi national, by stabbing him with a knife following a dispute between them.
The culprit was beheaded today in Tabuk City, Tabuk Region, the statement added.
The statement confirmed the determination of the Saudi government on establishing security, achieving justice and implementing Sharia provisions against whoever infringes on innocent people's rights and sheds their blood. The statement also warned that whoever commits such acts will be severely punished.
