
The second group of injured Yemenis, who were treated at UAE hospitals on directives from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, left the UAE via the Al Maktoum International Airport on Sunday.
They group recovered at UAE hospitals from head, limb and spinal injuries sustained in Yemen. Some of them received prosthetic limbs.
The group thanked the leaders, government and people of the UAE for the humanitarian gesture.
They also thanked the Emirates Red Crescent for helping them, and prayed to Allah Almighty to bless His Highness Sheikh Khalifa and the Emirati people and protect the security and stability of the UAE from all evils.
The first group of 36 injured Yemenis left the UAE in August after being treated at the country's hospitals.
