Security forces intensify measures around Iraqi parliament

Squads of Iraqi special forces cordoned off the Iraqi Parliament building Tuesday after being stormed by families of soldiers abducted by Daesh terrorists.
Earlier, relatives of Iraqi soldiers killed in a battle with Daesh previously referred to as (ISIL) over a military base stormed parliament on Tuesday and shut it down.
They protested over the government's failure to account for those who died in the attack on the Speicher military base, about 100 miles north of Baghdad, on June 11 that left hundreds of Iraqi troops dead.
The building was held under heavy security measures after the suffering families, a security source said, adding, negotiation will start with families to contain their anger.
Outrage among family members grew after videos spread online showing what are thought to be Daesh militants gunning down rows of Iraqi soldiers before throwing their corpses into a river.
