Sharjah Ruler issues Decree amending Emiri Decree No. 65 of 2014

H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree amending Emiri Decree No. 65 of 2014 pertaining to the formation of the Urban Planning Council of the Emirate of Sharjah.

Emiri Decree No. 04 of 2017 stipulates the amendment of the above-mentioned Decree to replace the former council member Salah bin Butti Al Muhairi, Consultant at the Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning and Survey, by council member Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi, Director of the Department of Town Planning and Survey in Sharjah.

The Decree is effective from the date of issuance and annuls all rules that contradict its provisions, and shall be published in the Official Gazurce
