
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received Thursday Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, who presented him with the final list of the governors' reshuffle movement.
The president approved the list, said presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef, adding that 17 governors will be sworn in on Saturday,.
The premier also submitted a report on the outcome of his three-day visit of Kuwait this week, the spokesman added.
The meeting also took up political and economic developments at the domestic scene and the progress achieved in several national projects carried out by the government, Youssef said.
Mahlab also reviewed the government's preparations for the economic conference Sharm El Sheikh will host in March.
