
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received Sunday a delegation of the national independent fact-finding committee tasked with investigating all events in Egypt since the June 30 Revolution.
Presidential spokesman Alaa Yousef said the delegation handed over the committee's report on Sinai incidents to the president.
The Sinai report covered the outcome of the field visits to Sinai and detailed information about the activities of the extremist groups in the Egyptian peninsula, as well as the operations they launch against security forces and economic establishments there, added Yousef.
He said the president thanked the committee members for their role in preparing the report which revealed all information about with Sinai incidents.
According to the spokesman, president Sisi entrusted the government with studying the report and examining the measures that will be taken in this regard.
