Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman today received a message for the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah pertaining to bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest.
Emir of Kuwait's envoy Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah handed the message to Oman's Minister of Heritage and Culture Haitham bin Tareq Al-Said in a meeting here today.
