The Observatory for Anomalous and Takfiri Fatwas of Dar al Ifta warned of Daesh' using of some of its local elements in Sinai in confronting security forces and the Egyptian Army.
It also warned of employing Daesh-affiliated elements in the anti-state strategy which aims to distract efforts exerted by security forces and army to combat terrorism.
In a statement Sunday, the observatory said that combating extremist groups in Sinai requires rallying efforts, especially that these groups depend on travelling between different countries.
It also called for supporting efforts exerted by Egypt and the Armed Forces and security forces in rooting out extremism and terrorism in Sinai and the whole region.
