Giza Criminal Court postponed on Tuesday until February 7 the trial of 13 defendants on charges of killing Major General Nabil Farrag and forming a terrorist group to target army and police personnel.
The court took the decision to hear the pleading of the public prosecution.
In February, the Court of Cassation annulled execution and imprisonment rulings issued against 12 defendants in the case of killing assistant police chief in Giza Farrag.
The court ordered a retrial for all defendants.
The previous rulings was handed down by the Giza criminal court on August 6.
