
Cairo Criminal Court has postponed the trial of 68 terrorists, including Mohamed, brother of al-Qaeda leader Ayman al Zawahiri to May 31.
They face charges of founding and running an al Qaeda-linked terrorist organization that targeted state institutions, armed forces, police and Copts to create a state of chaos and put at stake the security of the nation.
A technical expert will prepare a report on video material on CDs.
The court received an official memo on execution of Abdel Rahman Sayed Rezq, a defendant in the case, on a life sentence issued against him in another case better known as Arab Sharkas, Qalubia.
Prosecution probe showed the suspects as posing serious threats as they founded and ran a terrorist group that target the state via use of arms.
