Tunisia drawing up plans against suicide

Tunisian security bodies had staged preemptive strikes foiling terror bids, Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi said.
During an address to the nation, the president said the country will be drawing up plans with friendly and sisterly countries to win the war against terrorism.
An explosion targeting a bus carrying presidential guards Tuesday killed at least 12 officers in the heart of the capital of Tunisia.
