
UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan sent a cable on Tuesday to His Higness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of being named by the United Nations as 'Humanitarian Leader' in recognition of his great efforts for international humanitarian work.
According to the UAE news agency (WAM), Sheikh Khalifa also congratulated His Highness the Amir on the United Nation's honoring of the State of Kuwait as 'Humanitarian Center', and highly praised His Highness Sheikh Sabah's outstanding humanitarian role, which reflects a bright life filled with work and giving on regional and international levels towards enhancing the approach taken by Kuwait since its establishment.
Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, sent two similar cables of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Sabah.
